ECCE MEA uses the highest quality of Leathers and Materials. To enable you to enjoy your ECCE MEA product for a long time, we recommend taking good care of your creation.
Our products are the result of extensive hard work, resulting in the fine details, synonymous of high-quality. Slight variations in leather and exotic skins are entirely reasonable for the type of natural premium leathers used by ECCE MEA.

All kinds of leather and other delicate materials (including metal accessories) may suffer from atmospheric agents, such as humidity, salt, in general, can cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear except Gold accessories. Therefore, please avoid water, and direct contact with heat, oil, grease, makeup, alcohol, perfume, solvents, and other abrasive products as ECCE MEA does not have responsibility for the modification, deterioration, and mistreat of our products.

Avoid contact with all materials that may transfer color pigments onto our products or any misused that may produce irreparable damage.

All tested materials are sourced for their exceptional quality extensively before sale. ECCE MEA provides you with dust bags to store your products when not in use.

REPAIRS AND AFTERSALES

ECCE MEA offers aftercare, and we will assist all repairs where possible. Please note that some leathers and products may be irreparable depending on the materials used and the wear of the product.

We strongly discourage the addition of protective rubber soles onto ECCE MEA shoe products. This type of alteration causes heels to break. Repairing damaged heels due to the modification of soles may incur a charge.

This leather type can become bald in some areas, and it is impossible to repair. When used on handbags and belts be aware of having them always on the opposite side of the body contact. Saffiano requires attention. It has unique characteristics the way this leather is worked, and any liquids, especially with alcohol, color, and finishing may come off, and it is unrepairable. FURS
