WHERE CAN I FIND SIZING INFORMATION?

Please refer to our Size Guide for further information. You can also view the on custom platform page the specific sizing suggestions.

In our platform, you can select the shoes sizes and global correspondencies and waistline dimensions for belts. You also have at your disposal the handbags dimensions.



HOW MY LOVE LIST WORKS?

You can add an item to your Love List by clicking the "HEART ICON" when creating a product design. You can only add ECCE MEA items to your Love List if you have an account with us, and you need to be logged in. Adding a product to your Love List does not reserve it, but it will create a personal record of your favorite ECCE MEA pieces that you can seethem on your account. You can also edit them later on.



HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT AT THE SHOP?

At the shop, you can purchase any product, even out of stock. We can create any out of stock product and deliver it to you for further assistance contact customercare@eccemea.com.



CAN I STILL PURCHASE A PAST COLOR ITEM?

Past color styles and sale items may not be available to purchase since it can be limited to the season.



I HAVE EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WITH MY PRODUCT?

Should you experience any issues with your ECCE MEA product, you can check our Product Care Guide. Any additional issues or requests, please contact our Customer Care team with the following information:
- Your proof of purchase/purchase number
- A short description of the problem
- Supporting images

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

ECCE MEA offers an excellent aftercare service and products available in our store. We can assist all repairs where possible. Please be aware that some materials may be irreparable depending on the makes used and product age.
We strongly discourage the addition of protective rubber soles, or any add-ons onto ECCE MEA products, such may cause the heel to break. Repairing damage due to the alteration of products may incur into a charge.

WHAT IS THE SIZE RANGE AVAILABLE?

ECCE MEA shoes come in true Italian sizing. All customized designs are available in sizes 4 to 14, any different sizing you can contact our Customer Care team. All customized belts sizes are available from XXS to XL. For more information check our Size Guide
