MY SHOES ARE TIGHT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On new shoes, we typically find the material gives up to a half size after the first few wears. To speed up the process and avoid any blisters, you may like to add a close ice bag, without damaging the shoe, for 1h and get some thick socks for a couple of hours and walk around the house.

Alternatively, you can take the shoes to your local shoe repairer for professional stretching. If you send us the receipt, we will credit your ECCE MEA account up to $50 of the total cost. The credit can be used towards your next purchase with us.

If your shoes still don't fit, we suggest scheduling a talk with one of our sizing experts who can help you find your perfect fit. We will work with you to remake your shoes one time. For more information, refer to our Returns & Exchanges.

MY SHOES ARE LOOSE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You may like to purchase fit adjusting insoles to provide some additional support. Please let us know the cost for this (email us a copy of the receipt), and we're happy to add a credit (up to $50 value) to your ECCE MEA account to cover this cost.

If your shoes still don't fit, we suggest scheduling a consult with one of our sizing experts who can help you find your perfect fit. We will work with you to remake your shoes one time. For more information, refer to our Returns & Exchanges.
