HOW DO I BUY A PRODUCT?

Buying a product, it is easy and simple, follow these steps:

1st Personalize your shoes, handbags, and belts, turn accessories into real gold and click "ADD TO BAG", it will take you directly to the Shopping Bag page where you can finalize your purchase by CHECKOUT or continue shopping, and products will remain on your Shopping Bag.

2nd To shop for a product in the store browse through any of our product categories and view more details on our store product page.

3rd Add your chosen product to your Shopping Bag by clicking on the "ADD TO BAG" button.

4th Review the items you have selected by clicking on the "MENU"; products are on the right side. To delete an item from your Shopping Bag, click on "CHECKOUT", that will take you to your Shopping Bag and the "REMOVE" button next to the item.

5th To finalize your purchases, click "BUY SAFELY" and follow the instructions.



WHY DO SOME PRODUCTS GO ON THE QUEUE LIST?

We have a limited amount of sales per day. Our products are personalized and made with master craftsmanship. We can only produce a specific number of units per day. You can add your exclusive and unique product to the queue list to reserve it. We will update you on what position you are on the queue list.

As soon as your product goes on production, we update you and provide you estimated delivery times. You will be able to track the creation of your unique product on your private ECCE MEA account.

Please be aware that if a product is in your love list or Shopping Bag, it is not reserved and other purchases get produced first. If you are interested in an item to be delivered, you need to purchase it.



DO I NEED TO CREATE A ECCE MEA ACCOUNT TO BUY A PRODUCT?

You don't need to create an account to make a purchase. We recommend that you set up a ECCE MEA account to enjoy the benefits of managing your account which includes your purchase history and follow up your customized products. You will have a graph that allows you to follow your purchases in real time. Check the tracking of your deliveries and much more. But if you do not want to follow your product(s) you can simply buy as a guest.



PURCHASE DETAILS AND AMENDMENTS?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your purchase, but you can change any of your details on your private account. For personalized purchases due to the tailored nature of this service, you have 72 hours to amend any color details or size of the product. Please contact Customer Care for information.



HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL?

After your confirmed payment, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a further email notification once dispatched purchase.

Our Customer Care team may contact you, as in some cases we may need to verify some details of your purchase.

You can also track, step by step, purchases, and production on your ECCE MEA private account.



HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY GOODS?

Login to your account and click the desired purchased products and you can see the full detail process graphics of their making.

If already shipped, you can also find the tracking number and the contact of the logistic company in charge of delivery.



CAN MY PURCHASE BE WRAP OR HAVE A MESSAGE?

ECCE MEA does not provide those services, but we believe every delivery should be a delight to unwrap. All ECCE MEA purchases arrive in the signature ECCE MEA packaging. Shoes, handbags, and belts will come in their original box. All goods will arrive carefully packaged within a protective ECCE MEA dust bag.
